How do I squat with no money? Got some 15 year old equipment and can only squat what I can OHP, because no squat rack. Not great.

I'm thinking this method, take 2 plastic 5gal buckets, some wood, and fill the buckets with stone and dirt or concrete to set the wood in there, and make little notches in the wood to set the bar for squats. Apparently only costs $30.

Take your supplements and vitamins, they will be absorbed by your body, and in general, if they are asked to be taken with food, it's either to ensure they get digested properly as they might be difficult to break down alone by the body, or that they might cause irritation due to the chemical compounds within them, but nothing to worry about on a one day consumption on an empty belly. You'll be fine with or without them either way.

A bit nervous to post this but I thought I'd share my progress so far. It's been a long journey (before pic was about 4 months ago and I stupidly took a month off because I was a lazy fuck), I can only lose about a pound a week but it's been slow and steady so I don't mind. My tits are perkier, my ass is a bit more lifted, and my stomach is smaller. Definitely still have a way to go but holy shit it feels so good to have my waist back.

Just wanted to say your progress is solid, you look like you put in the work, and you're going at a good pace, even with hurdles like stopping for a month in between. I lost a lot of weight so I fit into smaller shirts now. However, my nipples are almost always see-through. Is this normal? You don't have to go carbless. Just track calories in and out. Get myfitnesspal and and just stay under the recommended. 1 pound of weight loss is about 3000 calories or so. Find out what your daily calorie burn is then stay about 1000 to 1500 calories under it as long as you eat at least 1200 to 1500 calories a day. I cleared 20lbs in a month, and since have been losing about 2lbs a week not doing anything different other than the food.

I know it can be a hassle, but if you get a hold of gym management, a lot of them will let you pay month to month if you give them a half way decent reason. Also, some gym memberships have a moving clause, where if you move away and prove to them that it would be unreasonable to travel to a gym location you can get out of the membership.
On long business trips, months or more, I usually call a couple gyms to see what I can work out with them.

This is what I'm doing. I'm down 55lbs since feb 11th, so it's pretty fast still. I lost 4 lbs last week and I've had a few fuck up days over the last few months but IF + low carb works well, especially if you were at risk for beetus.
