Lift more weight. For growth, lift it more times. Don't lift everyday, rest is when the muscle grows. Are you getting enough protein? Are you neglecting other lifts to curl? What kind of curls are you doing? Are you asian or Indian?

I did 5 times/week/~1hr each brosplit sessions for a few months. Haven't seen much improvement after the first three, could it be that I should rest more or are 5 days alright?

Train them every other day. Try and add weight to your rows and pullups as well as curls. Curls won't get you there alone.

Put all the weight you can do only one time at curl. Thats your 100%. So. Down to 90% and lift 5x5, thats will be enought. Repeat for every exersice. Work the bicep 3 days per week.

I have a similar problem except it's my whole arm, forearms included
my arms have always been fine, pretty thick actually.
now its weird, my upper body is all well developed except my arms are really lagging far behind and theres a noticeable aesthetic difference. I'm t-rex mode now
they don't even feel hard, the muscle feels soft for some reason

i've all but stopped lifting because I have a pinched nerve in my neck which is probably a fully blown herniated disc at this point
and any kind of heavy lift without fail fucks my shit up, I'll have pain and stiffness for days
because of that I pretty much do 100% body weight because you can make those little micro adjustments half an inch at a time so it's challenging without being uncomfortable. The rest of my body is better than ever, but I can't keep the mass in my arms up and I don't know what to do about it
get your triceps bigger, biceps are a meme
low bodyfat makes oyur biceps look big, but triceps make a large part of your arm so you can get them yuge and have your biceps look big
