> feet too close together
> pinch shoulderblades together, pretty sure youre arcing
>cant tell a lot because weird clothes
>you should see a hairdresser
Also are you really tall? Cause youre hips are weirdly positioned.
But if you keep this up youll end up in snap city so there you go

There is no way you can keep your shoulder blades together when you are pulling serious weight

stop looking at yourself in the mirror. keep a neutral neck
>>41705034
but he is pulling 155kg and arcing.
by at least trying to pinch his shoulder blades it stops him from bending his upper back which he is doing.
Also, trying to pinch your shoulder blades for good form but not being able to on HEAVY lifting, are two different things.
>>41704886
your hips rise too fast and you're not using glutes enough, glutes
>>41704984
so my feet too close together and shoulderblades not pinching will get me to snap city? or am i locking out my legs to early
>>41705024

and what exactly is the problem with using mixed grip less then 4pl8????
>>41705061
Engaging lats would be better
>>41705061

>>41705001

>>41705068
Mixed grip is shit. Work on your form and grip strength before pulling heavy.
Nothing wrong with mixed grip you fucking weapons
>>41705185
Mixed grip is for 1 rep maxes at most.

very weird advice here
The distance between your heels looks fine, try only slight adjustments. Most significantly I think you should try turning your toes out wider. It looks like you try really hard to setup properly, but your shoulders inevitably move forward (beyond the plane of the bar). This is likely because your hips are quite high, and higher hips -> hips closer to center of gravity -> shoulders are quit far forward during first half of lift in order to reach the bar.
Wider toes and optionally wider heels should let you sit further back during first half of lift, but lockout will feel different.
Also, stop looking up. Neutral neck.
Try making strong core your final cue before executing.
