Bench with correct form. A guy at the gym pointed out to me that the reason why my rotator cuff was in pain was because I was putting pressure on it while I was benching.
Band work for really high reps. Like I might do 100 band facepulls, and 50 innnies and outties. You do it very high tempo and you'll find it helps a lot. If you have elbow pain you can do pushdowns too.
