Assuming I had unlimited free time, all the motivation in the world and 24/7 access to a professional gym, what would I have to do to get big as quickly as possible. I understand you need to rest so muscles have time to build up, but I assume all these routines limit themselves by what they assume a normal person has time for.
How would they look if they paid no attention to that?
