So what? I stopped lifting for a while then got back into it. Went strong for 6 weeks making the best strength gains then I ever did. Then last week I get a strained lower back from being a retard on deadlifts and ego lifting and also sore rotator cuff. Now I can't lift heavy for at least a month.
