Alright guys. Never been on this board before but I'm desperate. I used to hop back and forth between 190 and 150 lbs rather frequently up until about two years ago. I am now 5'10 at 200 lbs, me in pic and want to lose 40 lbs. I lost my workout buddy, and have terrible motivation unless someone is there pushing me or unless I have specific instructions. I feel terrible in my own skin and want to get back to what I used to be. In an ideal world I want to lose the weight in two to three months. I don't care how brutal the workout and diet is, as long as it is actually healthy and not literally killing me, I need a laid out and strict diet and workout plan. I've always heard about this board and figured it was worth a shot to try. I can work out up to two hours a day. Please help

Shave completely first of all. Do a low Cal (1,400 or lower) and keto diet which will help accomplish your time frame. And run/jog monday-Friday as much as you can till you can get a Mile , then more so if you can.

Unless you've got a small frame size and very little muscle I don't think it's a good idea for you to want to weigh only 160lbs at 5'10". Or are you a cyclist?
Pic is just fooling around, don't take it personally.
So low carb, keto, run, run, run, Im assuming other basic things like pushups, situps, etc are good for toning the remainder?
This is me at 150 two years ago, six pack and all. Ignore the apron it is my wife's thanksgiving tradition
