You can switch to seltzer. Squeeze some citrus in it for flavor. 6 oranges and 3 lemons basically fill a shaker cup with sourmix. Add an once to a bottle of seltzer and youre set.

When i drink cola its for nights out with the boys or during a nice dinner. For the dinners its usually the glass bottle coke too.

I take caffeine pills. I get major headaches without caffeine. Might want to try it OP.
