Need some guidance so far, Was extremely skinny fat and have been hitting the gym for three or four months now after stopping for quite some time.
Since I was so skinny fat, I decided to cut while working out but I'm still DYEL but I'm slowly getting there.
What do you guys think my body-weight is at? Also really struggling to increase my bench
6'0, 167 lbs
Not 1RM just part of my routine:
Bench - 125lbs - 3x5
Deadlift - 265 lbs - 4x4
Squat - 185 lbs - 4x5
16%-18%?

Haven't ever actually lifted consistently in my life, but yeah genetics with big thighs and I'm on synthroid daily which might affect my strength, have no clue though
