I'd try to get more protein and fats in at the expense of carbs, also I see no quality protein sources except for 100g monkfish, which is maybe 1/4th of your protein...
I assume you're either cutting or a manlet eating only ~1900 kcal a day

60g oats
300ml whole milk (soy if vegan)
25g Almonds
SNACK:
1x Medium Apple
LUNCH:
1 whole egg + 4 egg whites (replace with tofu if vegan)
80g spinach
100g mushrooms
100g red peppers
100g onion
15ml olive oil
"SNACK" (or Pre and Post Workout):
1x Medium Banana (Preworkout)
2 scoops protein powder (Postworkout)
(Otherwise just have them together)
DINNER:
150g meat/soy meat
75g Brown Rice
240g Broccoli
Spices to taste
All the above should be super fucking cheap too so there's no excuse really.
