Your's doesn't seem as bad as in the example pic of the wikipedia article. It's generally not too much of an issue. Talk to you doctor about it if you get a chance, he might recommend special shoes that are better for your feet. Consider buying insoles.

it doesn't look like your feet are fat. Try and pinch your feet and see if you actually have a proper layer of fat, because it does look like you have big arches.

Unless he's literally hobbit sized, i seriously fucking doubt it.

Fat feet can sometimes mean a heart issue (edema) but I doubt it if you're that light
