I just wanna know I'm hitting parralel or not
No.

How low do I go then?
>>41684709
Its hard to tell.
Your hip crease looks very slightly higher than the top of your knee, which would mean it isn't low enough.
You may need to widen your stance so you can sit down more into it.
>>41684709
your knees are way too far forward, and youre not squatting low enough
>>41684733
Like this?
>>41684709
it's clearly above parallel.
do highbar squats and just go as deep as you can.
>>41684772
Yes that looks better.
Is it just the angle or is your right knee flexing more than the left?
>>41684790
I think it's the angle? I'll make sure to be aware of that though, Thank you very much!
>>41684709
No. Also make sure the weight is over the middle of your foot.
>>41684809
Thank you!
>>41684803
No worries.
May the gains be with you.
>>41684777
If quad hypertrophy is your goal, sure. If you're squatting for strength, this is unnecessary.
>>41684830
I'd also either ditch the shoes completely or drop 60$ on some Adidas powerlift 2's
>>41684869
low bar is unnecessary for strength and size.
highbar is often the better choice if you're not a powerlifter.
>>41684879
My shoes are falling apart and I was looking in to those desu
>>41684986
Am I really doing a low bar squat? I always thought I was doing high bar because the bar was resting on my traps, is my definition wrong?
>>41685313
can't see bar position on your back, but your forward lean and lack of depth indicates a low-bar squatting style.
look up some videos of olympic weightlifters to see what a proper highbar squat looks like.
ive used the powerlift 2's for quite a while, but i wish i'd have gotten one of the more expensive models.
but they're not too bad for the money.

Ok thank you for the advise!
