I bought a tradition push lawnmower yesterday just to see if I'd burn some extra calories over the weekend during my "rest" days. I have about 2.5 acres of land. So I wore heart rate monitor chest strap and these were the results. I think I'm gonna retire my zero-turn for good haha. It's the small changes that count right?

141 bpm lawn mowing.

Are you obese ?
Or were you lawn mowing at 10+ km/h ?

>Not being keto and getting 80+% Cals as fat .
>>
How? I walk around for 8 hours at my job and my watch shows that ive only burned about 900 cals
>>
>>41683308
what watch do you own
>>
>>41682749
This, what the fuck? I only get above 140 bpm when I'm really pushing myself on cardio.
>>
>>41682749
Was wearing weighted vest and it was 85 degrees. And yes I am obese I'm 246.
>>
>>41683308all heart rate monitors have a degree of inaccuracies when it comes to calorie calculation, But even more so with watches.

Burning fat or carbs has to do with HR and a few other factors. A keto dieter still consumes carbs through meat and there is no way for a HR system to tell if the user consumes less than normal carbs. So it would still say you burned less fat if your heart rate increases. But doesn't really matter because if the goal is to lose weight, it's simply more calories out than in and you burn more calories with elevated HR exercise in a shorter time than you do with a low rate one geared towards burning fat as energy.

>tfw science.

>>41681771
That's a highish HR for a simple task but Goodjob all the same.
>>
>>41684592
What app is that?
>>
>>41684852
Fitbit app paired with the fitbit Aria scale.
