He looks low test so I doubt he roids. Test doesn't cause balding anyway, most men lose hair when their test levels decline ruining the bs theory of DHT being responsible. Estrogen, stress and shit diet are the main culprits.

How to reverse or stop?

Went to a hair dresser recently and she said my hair was weird because "It's so thick but thinning" and told me to use some shampoo stuff.

I think I have a medical issue though because my eyebrows have thinned heaps too, although my thyroid is fine, apparently.

Do your fingernails have light ripples, are weak or not super strong and white ? That would be a sign of zinc deficiency which is very prevalant in people with hair loss (also happens to be a natural anti-estrogen). So zinc supps I'd recommend. Also regular light cardio is super beneficial, but not hardcore cardio.

I have a very strong 'half moon' on my thumb nails which I believe is a good sign but my nails do have a bunch of vertical 'straight lines'. I'm not sure if that's what you meant regarding light ripples.

I take a zinc supplement but it's never seemed to have any effect on me. This is the one I take, not sure if it's any good. I take one a day but not sure how to work out how much it is because I believe you can/should take upwards of 40/50mg.

Is it 15mg of zinc all up or 70 something? I'm a bit of a dumb dumb.

15mg, that's not enough to have a potent effect. Yes the vertical lines, they reappear for me when I stop taking zinc for a while.

50mg zinc picolinate is what you want, it has the best absorption. At first take one every day but after 2 months, once a week is good. Apart from any starch as it will interferes with absorption.
