I have lost crap load if weight and my belly area looks like yours too. scarred and loose skin look. :( wish I lost weight slower. Have another 10lb to lose but do t want the loose skin to go with it

I know that feel bro, i fell for the water fast meme and lost 80 lbs in like 5 months, the biggest problem is that i've been lifting for 1.5 uears after losing the weight and i still look like absolute shit
