My psychiatrist prescribed be Vyvanse ( L-lysine-dextroamphetamine) for ADD. I'm on 30 mg per day. That's pretty where that chart starts.

Pretty much immediately after getting medicated, I started doing the Simple and Sinister kettlebell (10 x 10 sets of swings, 10 get ups) workouts in the morning, and walking at least 6 km per day, or doing 40 minutes on a bike. Though now I'm often walking 10 km per day total.

For diet, I'm doing 20:4 intermittent fasting. I keep a bag of carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, and recently snap peas in the fridge. When I get home from work I usually eat a pound or so of mixed raw veggies, then some form of protein, usually whatever meat is on sale (though I eat cottage cheese by the truckload now) and some milk and bread as a side. Usually works out to around 1500 calories per day, more or less. I'm usually at about an 800 - 1000 calorie deficit per day; barring the odd family get together or social event.

So yeah. The secret is willpower. And drugs that give you willpower, reduce your appetite, and make you want to do stuff.

What lifting are you fellow fatties doing? I've been doing SS since february and ive hit a wall really hard already my lifts aren't even though good
i'm 6'1 223 lbs
these are all 3x5 numbers except deadlift which is 1x5

Don't buy carbs, you obviously know they are a problem for you. Get some chicken or fish. Buy it fresh and freeze it so you always have some around, you can throw it in the oven without thawing.

Count calories. Walk at least five miles total a day (10,000 steps). That's your baseline. If you eat your TDEE and walk, you'll lose weight. Any other exercise is good, but you don't need to feel a if you don't have the extra energy.

Not the other guy but it finally clicked for me when I read more about other people's weight loss successes. That gave me enough faith to believe it was possible. And like the other guy I was just plain sick of being fat. I couldn't take it anymore and decided I was going to change. I got my diet plan and bought all the food I needed and the results started quickly which motivated me to continue. I didn't give myself any slack. I found out that if I have a cheat day or let myself slack, I fall right back into my old fat habits. I have to be very strict with myself and it works. Former 400 lb guy here. Once you really go for it and start see results, the feeling is so great you wont want to stop. I admit its become a bit of an obsession, i step on the scale every morning. My weight cause me so much psychological distress throuout my life, knowing im doing somthing and its working is pure elation. Another VERY important thing to remeber is that youve only failed once you give up completely. Im no stranger to binge days (though the cravings become more bearable as time goes on) As long as you pick things back up the next day youll make it. The damage that can be done in only 1 day of cheating is minmal in the grand scheme.

I got a problem /fat/, not weight-loss related, and I need help getting over this problem.

I'm 23, I live with a very good friend of mine, we've been friends since high-school and now we go to Uni together. He's never had problems with his weight, but I've always been really fuckin fat. At my worst I was 375 pounds, I'm now at 300 thanks to /fit/ and /fat/, I'm still doing good making progress every day. My friend and I where neckbeard WoW players in Highschool, never went out, and in turn we were both virgins for the longest time.

These past couple years has been really kind to my friend, which is great for him I think he is happier which makes me happier, but he got confident and went and started getting laid, which is awesome, but when he has sex in our apartment it's super loud and it really bums me out/fucks with my head. Like I'm happy for him getting laid, but I'm still fuckin 300 pounds 23 never laid and I'm just listening to it like fuck it really sucks. I leave the house most of the time when they start.

At first it was really really loud, then I talked to him about it once and was like "could you not scream at 1a.m.?" and since then he has toned down the volume for me which is great but it's still sex there will still be the sound and it just freaks me out idk I can't ask him anymore it really is at a courteous volume now he's been very respectful but I understand it's sex and people get excited and I'm going to hear stuff every few minutes no matter what that's just how it is.

I just wish I could get over it freaking me out so much, like I wish I could just tune it out or something. I think it's just because I've never been laid so it's just really intriguing and weird to hear for me these past few months and when a girl is in his room it's like I'm on high alert of some shit. Makes me want a shot or a beer to calm down when it happens.

I'm losing weight for pussy lads. I've been going to the gym for years but i turned 27 and lost a lot of weight the past 5 months and girls are starting to look at me and talk to me like never before.

I know most people here will call me a bitchnigga for this but I'm a virgin and I've been putting in mad work and I'm getting the results I want.
