I've been using muscle milk. Did I fall for a meme? Vanilla creme in water doesn't make me want to hurl. Should I look for a different supplement? Pic Related.

I just use gold standard or any ON product. Works for me.
The chocolate flavor tastes better and it's what I use (I also mix that shit with whole milk)
It's not too fancy, cheap and has the basics, and it's more common to find in the grocery isle.
However I do think body fortress (also commonly carried locally) has more nutrition and acids in it, also it's blended with creatine while muscle milk is not

My local carries Body Fortress, didn't know they mix it with creatine. I'll look into it. Flavor recommendation?

I currently have vanilla body fortress because I wanted to try it, It's a weird artificial kind of off putting vanilla, I can chug it down just so i'm not wasting money until I use it all, but I would strongly recommend chocolate over vanilla flavor in any protein powders. Lot harder for it to taste bad.

Why do you need a protein supplement?
Protein defiency is pretty much unheard of in modern countries
Good Standard or Muscletech is best for your buck imo. Each 30g scoop of muscle milk only has 16g protein which is pretty low unless the scoop is less than 30g which is just weird.
