You are doing very well, hopefully your lifts match your looks. Your shoulders and arms are excellent, I can't see the legs but I'm guessing they're solid. The only issues you have are wide hips and small wrists. To fix the wide hips, you really need more obliques / lats to give you that v-taper. The wrists will be fine as long as you gradually build your arms. Definitely get working on a lot of oblique work though.

Thanks for the input I will definitely start murdering them obliques. My lifts are bench 275x3 deadlift 415x1 squat 315x3. Not impressive but I feel like my height makes it longer to pull and squat which will take more time to get strong in.

Yes, 4 days a week, low intensity steady state. I incline a treadmill to 10% and put it at 3mph. And yes, Let me tell you why i do my back/tri chest/bi split that way, cause most people do the opposite. I do it that way because when you train chest, you are indirectly hitting your triceps using them as a secondary muscle. So if you destroy chest, your triceps are now no longer at 100%, so your tricep workout will not be at its full potential. the same goes for back and biceps. you use your biceps as a secondary for almost every back movement, so by the time you are done training back, your biceps can no longer be trained to their full potential. So doing it this way, I can completely destroy chest, and my biceps are still at 100% so i can hit them at their full potential as well. Then i can kill back, and my triceps are still at 100% so i can train them to their fullest.

Sort of. I'm on TRT from the doctor at 100mg/week, which keeps my test at around 850-900ng/dl, so i am definitely in the natural range still. Then he prescribed me a small amount of EQ for my joints since ive had both knees operated on recently and was not recovering well. For 9 months your lats/shoulders are in really good shape.

Looking at your triceps/chest, however, I'd say you need to do a lot more benching with some dumbbell/cable flies thrown in.

A lot of people do flies on the bench and end up fucking their shoulders because they overestimate the range of movement in their shoulders and/or overload them.

Flies on the floor is like being spotted 24/7 with no risk of going beyond your range of motion. Don't go too heavy if it hurts. You can ease into them as they're an isolation exercise so you'll be hitting the pecs hard/direct anyway.

Use cables. I hate the way dumbbells feel.
Arch like you're benching and get your chest in front of your shoulders. Also cross your arms at the top like in this picture. Most people stop when their arms are straight up, but your chest contracts from bringing your arm across your body too. You can try it out where you're sitting now, you should feel it if you hold your pec. Also you're gonna have to alternate which arm is on top each rep.

Thanks for the tips. I do deadlifts on back day and squats on legs as well as a days focus on chest. People say I lift surprisingly heavy for my size. But I am still figuring stuff out, diet is definitely my weak point.
