I got a 50kg bag of beans and other one of rice for like $10 total, a big bags of tumeric, salt, and pepper, planted my own spinach, chilies, cauliflower, peas and bell peppers, which I freeze to last the whole year which more than halves their cost at the expense of a couple of m2 of ground and labor, and raise my own chickens and egg chickens which cuts cost of them significantly + I sell half of the meat\eggs to cover the cost (this I admit is not doable for most people though).

Not counting labor and electricity im eating for less than $1 a day now.

Im planning to start growing my own mushrooms as well, and I need to find a bulk olive oil shop so that I can get a jerry can of olive oil and I will only have to do grossery shopping once a year.

o shit, I forgot onions and garlic, thats a problem since it doesnt grow here and I cant realy keep a years worth in the pantry.

My TDEE without sports is about 1800kcal.
I burned additionaly about 500kcal/hour conservatively calculated and had 5hours of driving time.
That results in ADDITIONAL 2500kcal burned, wich is 139% of my TDEE or 58% of my calories burned at that day.
Sadly I didn´t burn 2500kcal of fat since I preloaded the day before and ate much glucose during the ride due to a lack of energy my body could get from my fat.
