It's pretty easy to hit everything with compounds, but I feel like I need to do more posterior delt isolation
Everything in your back that's not lats & upper traps:
>teres major and minor
>lower part of the traps
>rhomboids
>rotator cuff
>lower back/erectus spinae
Also posterior deltoid.

> neck
> posterior delts
> wrist/finger extensors
Neck muscles are by far the most neglect muscles (sternocleidomastoids, splenius capiti). Not unusual to see a lifter who actually train upper traps and levator scapulae (ie chin-ups) but skips neck, getting a weird "thick at the ends, thin in the middle" neck. Pic related.
Posterior delts and wrist/finger extensors are usually trained on compounds (eg rows and dl), but nowhere near enough volume for hypertrophy
Here's another way to think of it:
Over trained muscles:
>chest
>biceps
>front delts
>quads (relative to rest of leg)
Everything else needs work on 99% of people.

What do you guys do for legs?
I've been having trouble, tried 3x3, 3x5, 3x7, 2x 10 squats 3x a week. Still don't look acceptable after years.
Made best strength /form gains on 3x7 so far,but if I don't do it just right or skip, sciatica comes back with a vengeance
