Anyone have experience with how long it takes to feel bloated from eating a meal with a ton of sodium? I eat lunch and 3 hours later suddenly I feel tired and my ears are burning and feel hot. I'm cutting down on my salt either way but I'm trying to figure out if it's due to sodium or due to seasonal pollen allergies so I don't repeat this at work tomorrow

I think you should go to your nearest walmart.Go to their men's restroom (assuming your gender). Look promptly at the Urinal. See that round mint floating there in what looks like residue piss? Go ahead and grab that and place it directly under your tongue. Its the latest progressive trend and everyone is doing it! The real high doesn't kick in until you go look in the mirror. Go ahead take a nice long look. After you have fulfilled your homosexual desires fucking bash your god damn head into the sink repeatedly until the mint under your tongue begins to taste like a black-cock foreskin.

I'm not taking any niacin though.

It's possible but would it take 3 hours to feel it? Wouldn't I feel bloated within an hour or two?

ok brah eat 20 grams of sodium (ie bacon/smoked meats or fish as a main protein source, or just overseason your shit) and tell me you don't turn into a water buffalo

I'm on keto / 16-8 IF and I ingest plenty of sodium and I never feel bloated. In fact I go out of my way to add sodium to my meals, or else I feel like shit.
OP here Ate a shake I made of blended kale and frozen peaches and instantly feel better. Not sure what to make of that
