Running after eating like a shitling might also get categorized as bulimia actually.
If there is a compulsive need to go running too much to compensate for overeating, it is criteria for it. If you run to just punish yourself and not make this something common then it is okay.


I punish myself by not buying shit food so I only get crap when I go to the houses of others. As I cannot just splurge there I end up eating less.
