From a strengthfags experience: carbs on training days for energy, even more so during long workouts. Low carbs on non training days to keep fat in check and to maximise fat and protein for recovery

I'm OP and did not /thread my own post, nor would I, because I'm not a dipshit.
I've increased my carb intake pre workout this summer and I feel like a god in the gym. Im living at my dads in a different state and my first thought were that the weights must just be lighter here. All my lifts are going up. Eat a lot of carbs before going to the gym and you'll lift like a beast srs.
