Anybody here trying JOPBAD - jar of peanut butter a day?
I can't get out of skelly mode and can't do GOMAD cause dairy, but finishing a whole one of these per day is really hard, any tips?

also kill yourself, skelly. how is it hard to eat? dump 3 giant spoonfuls of peanut butter into a shake and blend it. that adds like 1k calories instantly and you don't even notice it.

eat dates
eat a pb&j between your main meals
how anyone could have trouble with this is beyond me. just snack throughout the day on calorific foods. HOW IS THAT HARD?

OCAD is the only way forward to making lasting gains.
Basically what you should be doing is eating an entire roast chicken a day for a month. Supplement it with half a jar of peanut butter, 2 protein shakes with whole milk, a bowl of oats and a bag of veggies for maximum gains.

Those listed only have 80%(or so) peanuts and palm oil or other oil mixed in. Look for peanut butter with 98-99% peanuts

It's more food than it sounds, pic related is one meal out of my 6, I eat this twice a day everyday plus the other meals.
I could probably got in another meal if I tried.
