noob thats been following the GVT regimen on bodybuilding.com here, i've made some decent progress I feel. Up 12 lbs in 3 months and pretty much all of my lifts have near doubled, but I cant 100% attribute it to GVT because lolnoobgains
It's great for size. Your main focus when doing GVT should be on gaining mass. Give yourself about a 5-6 days of rest for each body part that you work. Make sure you're getting a larger than usual amount of protein, bcaa, etc. Your muscle will be broken the fuck down all week long. I wouldn't recommend this if you are new to lifting though. Focus on normal hypertrophy training for a couple months then move on to GVT.

It's not German training but it's kinda based around it. I've been doing 531 bbb for 7 months now and it's fantastic, lifts up like crazy and size is too. High volume deals drain your fuckin life force but the first wonders for everything else
