They'll fill in. You just gotta commit to a bulk and hit your chest from different angles. If you want to develop the swoop at the bottom (gorrilla tits) do decline barbell, if you want the center to develop do dumbell flies with a focus on the full stretch, really feel your chest activate and focus on the tension with slow, full reps. Then do incline, I prefer dumbell on incline but barbell is fine. I do a shoulder wide grip (neutral grip) and focus on clean, slow reps.
Decline, flies and dumbell incline make for a great chest day if you do progressive overload (increasing the weight each set)
Example for chest flies
>set 1 12 reps with 40
>set 2 10 reps with 45
>set 3 8 reps with 50
>set 4 (optional) drop to 25lbs till failure
You might want to do 20 25 30 and burner with 10 if you're dyel, heavy chest flies are not somethimg to ego lift.
