i kill my back at deadlift, so i can't bent over row in the same day, but i can use that machine.

Hate 2 admit but I always felt weak when doing this machine.

It's a manlet exercise

I've always found the handle way too low, like just bellow my navel so It hurts my lower back so I switched to doing bent over rows

Pretty good machine. Used to do it every time i worked back when i was starting out.
The machine at my gym only went up to like 100kg or less so i just do rows with a barbell now.
