Hey my dudes.
I've been doing stronglifts so far, but I have a lot of free time on my hands and want to increase the days I workout to 6 instead of each other day.
I have a bench (pic related) that you can adjust the angle on, a barbell and loads of weight.
Do you guys know any good splits that cover the whole body with only a barbell?

bump
You can do this, but you probably don't have the work capacity to do this, frequent "maxing" like on most beginner programs is your best bet for rapid improvement, as high frequency programming requires careful management of fatigue.

alright man, ill take that into consideration, thanks!

Okay, first of all splits are by definition not full body. You either train all your body parts every workout (full body) or you split them up into smaller groups, for example upper lower (split)
Next, you either want to do 3 days a week full body like you are doing now, or 4 days upper lower, or 6 days PPL. Not 6 days full body, you'll burn out before the first week is over. Which is it?

nah you need to cause muscle confusion for splits to work effectively.
Essentially you need dumbells, cables and a barbell for an effective split.
keep doing 5x5 until you plateau or want to focus on contraction.
Btw, whats your lifts now? what did you start with?
Do you use the app at all to keep tabs?

ah it was badly worded, I meant that the 6 days combined would cover the entire body

I'm DYEL as fuck,
barbell row: 52.5
Bench: 52.5
deadlift: 82.5
squat: 70
ohp: 37.5
I can borrow dumbells from a relative, would that help?

i hope thats KG
Unironically do the reddit PPL routine
You'll need dumbbells, barbell, bench, pullup bar, and squat rack though.

You are literary me 2 weeks ago. I started doing Coolcicadas PPL routine which is 6 days a week. There's a handy app for that just like for Stronglifts.
You will have to go to the gym for that though
