Is there a /fit/ approved benchmark for not neing DYEL anymore?
This week I'm probably done with bulking, current stats:
squat: 90kg
bench: 85kg
ohp: 25kg
deadlift: 70kg
Your OHP is awful.

I refuse to believe that you have been training seriously
>>41636173
>bench/squat more than DL
>25kg ohp
what is your routine/diet? something is very wrong.
>>41636173
>bench: 85kg
>deadlift: 70kg
do you even have arms?
>>41636173
How the fuck do you bench and squat more than you deadlift? And why is your OPH lagging so far behind?

I guess I'm still DYEL then. I train 3 times a week, started like a year ago, there were some long breaks though inbetween and I do basicly SS with some pullups, byceps and triceps.

I have to add that I haven't really gone for the one rep max for ohp yet, so 25kgs is for like 10-12 reps, that means my one rep max is probably around 35-40 kgs.

I started learning the easier lifts first and then went for the more complicated ones gradually.
185 x 5 bench
145 x 5 ohp
265 x 5 front squat
380 x 5 diddly
How am I doing guys? Been lifting for a bit under 3 years
>>41636173
How much do you weigh?
yes, it's 1/2/3/4 pl8 (bench/ohp/squat/dl) how do you not know this
>>41636252
No, I'm sincerely ask. Do. You. Have. Arms?
>>41636299
>(ohp/bench/squat/dl)
ftfy
i REFUSE to beleive this shit is real, but fuck knowing this board anything is possible
>>41636252
Benching more than you deadlift is not normal
Also, SS calls for 3x5 OHP, not 3x12
You haven't been doing the program try again
>>41636276
Bench/OHP ratio is tarded
Front squat is a meme
Good work on dl, manlet.
