What can I do to get my joints stronger /fit/?
I have broken my arm and although it has healed, my joints are still weak as fuck and my ligaments still hurt during some movements. Lifting helps and gets them progressively stronger for sure, but what else can I do?
Diets, supplements, rehab etc. what can /fit/ recommend?

a free bump to you, friend. I am also interested in this, especially regarding the knees. Done an overly difficult ruck last weekend and I had to cut it short due to the outside of my knees exploding at every step after a rocky descent over unstable terrain. How do I keep rucking without this happening again?

When my Anita started getting a little arthritic in the knees the vet told me to start making her bone broth. Considering all the chicken, steaks, and ham I was eating I figured why not since the bones were going to waste anyways.
I'd give her 3-4 cups a day and it honestly helped a lot. And I swear her coat improved too.
I was talking to my uncle-in-law telling him how much to give her while we were on vacation and he decided to try it on account of his bad knees. He swore up and down after a few months his knees had never felt so good.
The Anita has passed on, we have two more and I have been giving them broth since day one.
I just keep all the bones from our meals in the freezer until I have enough to prepare big batches. It's easy, it just takes forever. But God damn does it make delicious soups and stews.
I freeze them into cubes And put them in freezer bags. I can then put those in the dogs water bowls or into my pot or pan when cooking for some good flavor

I'm hypermobile (double-jointed) all over but I never hurt, what does it mean?

Eat eggshell membrane (it is very good), progressively lift heavier as I imagine you're doing, stretch, you will be good in no time

details? I can only find stuff about supplement forms.
Is it enough to peel the membrane from an eggshell? Do I cook it? Should it be organic?
Tumeric currcumin with black pepper extract. Take as a pill or add to food as seasoning.

Train the movement of the joint with as little weight as possible (so just your body, for the legs do it lying down legs a bit up maybe) quite fast for lots of reps few times daily. Lifting will help but this should train specifically joints and ligaments while being low impact on them and muscles
At least, it worked for me and got me away from chronic tendinitis .
