Also if you have 60 bucks to spare grab a cheap pair of powerlifting shoes they have a heel which will allow you more ankle mobility i.e. help Also they have a solid bottom which you want when putting a load on your back

Dude obviously has pretty long femurs so he should adjust his stance wider and go to that depth at least. If he doesn't have hip crease below knee it's not breaking parallel and not the full range of motion.

I low bar squat because im trying to run SS but I keep stalling because I can't quite get my squat down. Everything else, deadlift, bench, press, I have figured out and I'm progressing, but I'm struggling with squat. I can bench press more than I can squat now.

Absolutely do not listen to >>41631404

You actually need to go just a touch lower so that you're doing a full depth squat. Depth is when the crease of your hips is a little bit lower than your knee. You'll run into knee trouble if you don't squat to depth.

Tip: Once you feel like you've hit depth, reach back with your ass a little bit more. Wa-la!
