And how can I improve it?
spread your legs farther apart and make sure you move your knees farther over your feet so you really feel the burn in your thigh muscles

this will increase mobility which helps a lot with squatting deep
Also if you have 60 bucks to spare grab a cheap pair of powerlifting shoes they have a heel which will allow you more ankle mobility i.e. help Also they have a solid bottom which you want when putting a load on your back
Looks fine. Try going a bit lower

am i suppose to overly arch my lower back? I tried to flex my abs really hard when squatting. i thought that was suppose to give a proper lower back posture.
Looks fine to me, except you could go a bit lower. Just a tad bit past parallel.

Dude obviously has pretty long femurs so he should adjust his stance wider and go to that depth at least. If he doesn't have hip crease below knee it's not breaking parallel and not the full range of motion.

Watch this video anon.I have long fucking femurs and it always feels like I had to fold in half and stick my ass out into the next time zone. Widening my stance and tracking my knees out over my feet helped a ton.

I low bar squat because im trying to run SS but I keep stalling because I can't quite get my squat down. Everything else, deadlift, bench, press, I have figured out and I'm progressing, but I'm struggling with squat. I can bench press more than I can squat now.

YES do not listen to that other anon
Absolutely do not listen to >>41631404
You actually need to go just a touch lower so that you're doing a full depth squat. Depth is when the crease of your hips is a little bit lower than your knee. You'll run into knee trouble if you don't squat to depth.
Tip: Once you feel like you've hit depth, reach back with your ass a little bit more. Wa-la!
