The pizza is good

I work at one, and lift occasionally there in tandem with another gym. Honestly, as a lifter of several years, it isn't that bad. Is the lunk alarm retarded? Absolutely. Is the free pizza and bagels a bit counterproductive to a gym's should-be ultimate mission? Sure. Is their business model something I agree with? No.

But all those aside, it isn't an altogether bad gym for 99% of the population, and 95% of the lifting population. There are big motherfuckers that workout there alongside fatties and skinnies. Doesn't matter.
