Any skellys over 6ft here have any before and after pics?
Is SS+GOMAD still the recommended diet for skellys or is there something better?

The most time consuming, albeit efficient way to bulk is to eat at a small surplus for a very long time - 350 - 400 calories. You'll slowly gain mass. It will take patience, but this type of bulking yields the best results. Just try to hit macros in a safe way (no garbage like fast food unless you're in a pinch) and work on consuming micro nutrients in a healthy way without obsessing, the gains will come.

i was 6'2 t 67.5kg dunno if that counts as skelly mode but i just ate more spaced out over the day for 2 months didnt really count anything but protein and got to 85kg without trying
had like 1L of milk day with a scoop or 2 of whey, all lifts went up hugely and i look so much better now and the best part is the mad vascularity i had at the lower weight didnt disappear so i must have done something right

At a 350-400 calorie surplus every day, you don't gain hardly any fat? I'm a former fatty who's scared as fuck to even eat my maintenance. What I have is becoming more solid and tight but not particularly growing in size. I get that I'm being a bitch for not wanting to eat more but being a former fatty I am deathly afraid of even a bit of neck fat.

I understand the fear, but you won't see any sort of fat like you did before - the slower you bulk, the better. GOMAD+SS gives you the T-Rex 17%BF look. If you're aiming to look good as a natural, bulk slowly. You'll be fine.

i did it, though generally 1/2 or 3/4 gomad, never the full gallon. got a little fat, but packed a reasonable amount of muscle and a strength underneath it all.
