how much whey do you think is too much whey in a day? I got a gigantic bag and i've been putting whey in everything, oats,yogurt,plain shakes, making protein bars with them.

Too much protein will damage your kidneys. You need roughly 1g per kg of bodyweight, unless you're an elite athlete doing strenuous daily training or on the gas.

I actually had problem with eating to much protein
turns out your skin starts to be itchy and dry as fuck
I was tested for multiple allergies until actually one thinking doctor told me to eat track how much proteins I ate and eat a lot less
turns out i ate 300g proteins per day at 80kg bw
it was one year ago, im 96kg now and whenever my skins is itchy by upping proteins I just eat a little less
2-2.1g per kg of bw is max for me
