Need some bulking advice
What are some bulking meals to eat in between your main meals?
I also baked chicken for the first time for meal prep but I don't know what I should eat it with.
I was going to prep broccoli and rice but that's not very calorie dense.
Trying to get somewhere between 3500-4000 kcals.

Big shakes with milk, whey, peanut butter and bananas is GOAT. Cutting right now and would kill for it, but summer beach more important. Also nuts are really calorie dense.

That's what I've been doing on workout days, making the big 1000-1500 cal shakes.
I've avoided it though because using that much protein would get kinda expensive.
What do you suggest I eat with the chicken?
