Looking for advice...
Recently got a testosterone level test becasue I complained to my doctor about fatigue, sleeplessness, depression, etc...
My testosterone level came back at 180.
I'm probably not a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy since I had prostate cancer (prostate removed 2 years ago).
Has anyone been in this situation before and what did you do? What should I ask my doctor?
>inb4 see a doctor
I have an appointment with a specialist in a month.
Just buy test online and supplement it yourself.
Its easy as fuck and will make a world of difference to your life.
I cruise on 200mg test per week and ever since I started it, my life has improved in basically every area.

Where do you get it?
Side effects?

Cruising on 1ml of test 250 or less is such a low dose you probably wont get any side effects and if you do it will be very small. If you are really concerned get some letrozole to go with it. But you should be fine.

Search "eroids"
Also reddit's steroids section has good advice on how to inject.
If you are using a low dose (anything 250mg per week and under, you won't really get any side effects unless your very sensitive to estrogen, in which case you can negate the sides by taking an AI such as aromasin every few days)
If you are sensitive to estro, the sides would likely be.. a bit of acne on your shoulders and back and possibly a little water weight retention. But again, easy to control IF you do get them.
Honestly, its so worth it.

Isn't that double TRT dose?

Yeah buy here on /fit/ some people have someone managed to justify calling 500mg/w a "cruise"
Get your steroid info from reddit if you want decent advice.

Instead of going straight for Test, why not try to bump the entire hormone loop before supplementing it?
Would running a PCT by itself up his natural Test production a little?
Blast and cruise is life. Embrace it.
If it wasn't for the lowered collagen synthesis and the permanent decrease in insulin sensitivity I would certainly do some test.
Users trivialize or don't know about (permanent) sides so just ignore them. If it doesn't kill within 10-20 years it's harmless to them.
zinc, working out, ashwaganda, daily eggs for breakfast, healthy lifestyle is the general advice
but not sure what it will change

What type of testosterone pack should i get?

Bumping for interest, have an appointment with a specialist in a week to get tested for low t. If I am, I am going to ask for T injections (they also offer a cream but I don't know if it works as well), see how it works. If you want I can give you my email and tell you how it goes.
