I bought some zinc suppléments and some omega 3+vit A+vit D supplements yesterday. I had the zinc about one hour before sleeping and I had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. Also dreamt I visited Babel in a tour bus. It was beautiful and I woke up feeling great.

Also what dosage should I take? It says 1 pill per day at 15 mg zinc (or zinc gluconate?). Also 440mg cod liver oil omega 3, 159ug vit A and 1.3ug vit D
