Whey Protein vs Vegan protien

Would a high quality vegan protein (from hemp or vegetables or whatever), be as effective and have a amino acid profile as good as whey protein? Should I worry about soy and estrogen if they add that tofu shit to it?

No matter how high quality vegan protein is advertised it will not beat the best source of protein which is chicken.

Food containing soy isnt a big deal unless that's all you consume and in large quantities. You need estrogen in your body and it is vital for the skeletal system and muscles.

Soy has PHYTOestrogens unlike milk or beef that has MAMMALIAN estrogen. Guess which is more harmful. Hint: you're a mammal.
Tofu is MADE from soy. It's not added to soy.

Apparently full fat milk is more anabolic than most other foods. Amino acid profile, or protein quality, is a moot point if you're getting your protein intake from a variety of sources. Don't miss the forest for the trees, track and fulfill your macros and do an appropriate amount of volume to elicit change in body musculature. If you were concerned about maximizing every little aspect of your nutrition you wouldn't limit yourself to be a vegan in any case.

I use Sunwarrior Warriorblend Choc and Vanilla flavors. I'm not vegan, but I tend to feel bloated and gassy after consuming whey protein. To my recollection, this stuff derives its protein from pea, hemp, no soy. It has a decent amino profile. 18g protein per scoop, sweetened with stevia - anything with artificial sweeteners generally gives me the shits.
As others say, nothing beats real food. Meat will always be most efficient. This stuff just goes into a smoothie if I'm pushed for time.
