I was doing doing ss, with kettlebell finishers and some jogging before some injuries put me away. Looking to try something different.

Jujitsu first.
Class over fitness.
Dead lifts number one.
Arm work outs work well for ripping someones shoulder out.
Cardio is needed for sure as well.

TY, I've been just going to class for 2 months, with couple kettlebell workouts , sparingly
I lift on MWF afternoon
Run TTH Morning
Yoga Friday Morning
BJJ TTH Evening and Saturday afternoon
Lifting program is a mashup of Texas Method with some accessories that mix in grip strength and inner thigh work.
Running is sprints that are the same length as tournament rounds with a one minute walk between.
Yoga is specific for hip and lower back mobility.
Feels good man.

I do front squats, snatch grip romanian deadlift. KB swings as finishers. I don't do upper body lifts, but I do 200 push ups and 50 pull ups every day. Will try to increase it up to 500 push ups and 100 pull ups per day.
