My squat is some kind of in-between abomination with low-bar shoulder position and high-bar depth.

I'm a flexible and it always felt wrong to cut off depth before bottoming out, but the bar is more comfortable in the low-bar position and I don't tip forward as much due to the bar sitting further back.

Because of my stubby manlet legs, even my low-bar position has to have a pretty upright torso to not tip forward.
