2 5oz cans of tuna mixed with 1 whole avacodo

I did an experiment once
I ate a shitload of food for 2 weeks
Then I sharply ate at a 500 cal deficiency, I felt like shit all day and craved food like crazy, I kept ate it and did it for 2 weeks and by the last week it was easy to cut.
You just have to keep at it and you'll be good within a week.
Also I'm not fat so it was harder for me than it should be for you because you have a higher intake
