A year is plenty realistic, this is an overwhelmingly generic comment but it all comes down to your discipline. I worked out with a girl who went from skinnyfat to DLB tier in just over a year, but she was at the gym daily. It will invariably take longer than your current burst of motivation will last, but not long at all if you have the discipline and stick to a relatively basic routine a couple of times a week. Your goal is basically " i did a bodyweight workout a couple times and am not fat" so it really shouldn't be a stretch.

That's all he says over and over again. He's right, any type of hormone treatment should be investigated, but women do produce testosterone naturally (and men produce estrogen naturally as well).

moderate use of anavar, maybe for 1 or 2 cycles, does wonders for a woman's body. The issue is getting hooked on the changes, and expecting them to remain moderate, or expecting the masculization to continue to be very light.
