Water fast for how long?

I'm currently on day 8, just finished my week. I'm still truckin along, going to work, volunteering, doing my thing. A bit of trouble getting to sleep, no trouble staying asleep. I'm going until wednesday, then I'm going to start clean heavy protein, lifting again. After a week back at the gym I'll post some progress photos of the fasting thing.

I did a four day fast, I was planning of a five day fast but I needed to get shit done.
Day one and two where good. On day three I had some salt and painted the house(inside). Day four felt like a drag and I still needed to do some shit. So I broke the fast after four days.

Before fasting you should eat clean and healthy, being keto helps too.

I'm currently at day 2 and I feel a bit of hunger and I got a feeling that my Eyebrown area is ,,falling" on my eyes XDD like I'm crosseyed or so Oo- guess I'm just tired

Totally fair, on day 2/and 3 Iwas scared because I looked like a very sleepy ghost, and I had to meet with a new client on friday morning after working late at my other job on thursday night. But as with anything /fit/ you just gotta do it, yaknow. Saturday I volunteered in the sun all day and my colour came back. One added perk is I'm not drinking alcohol so I'm more productive. Just worked on a writing project I've been putting off for too long and read half of a book my mother recommended for me. It's a great kickstart into a healthylifestyle. It is not worth it if you aren't planning on making a longterm change

I did a full 72 hour or 3 day water fast about two weeks ago.

Best thing ever. I'm now gaining muscle fast, my abs r showing, I feel fantastic.

I'm goinna do this again in a few months.

Did 3 days this weekend, tried 14 before and noticed no negative effects. If you are not already lean 40 days should be the limit, but it's not that effective for losing weight.
