Lose weight.
The good thing about male models is that their measurements are easy to google. They have to make them official to get jobs. Basically, shoot for a 40"-32"-40" chest-waist-hip proportion. You have some leeway of course, but that's what you should shoot for.

As you can see, Gandy doesn't even have good abs. It's really about being tall (but not too tall, gandy is pushing it at 191 cm, you should be 180-190 cm) and fitting into the XS clothes they give you.
