How do I get conviction to lose weight?

I hate myself and how I look yet never get out of my comfort zone..

Down 5kg after a month or so, and still gaining strength. Feels good to know that I'm doing it right. Had two days where I let myself go this last week, but I'm not too worried. Worst case scenario I'll end up losing like 0.5kg less than planned.

Not sure where I want my weight to be at. Think I'll try and drop to 120kg, then assess the situation from there. Currently around 160kg.

Loose skin still continues to be a concern.

If you are going to try and lose weight there is no reason to not guarantee you will by counting calories, if you don't chances are you are going to stay the same weight or gain weight while feeling like you are putting in effort. I don't know what's gone wrong with me. I was working out avidly 2 years ago for several months until a friend of mine died and I went into a year long depression and I couldn't work out. I've been working out recently and while back then I was able to do cardio for at least 15 minutes even tho I was fat now i'm not able to go 7 to 8 minutes without feeling like i'm gonna die.

I don't know what's going on I have the same diet then as I have now, i'm about the same weight, and before I started working out then I was really out of shape and i'm really out of shape now. So what the fuck is causing me from then to be able to work out for like 15 minutes doing cardio/doing some weights to now not being able to go even 10 minutes doing cardio before I feel like i'm gonna die?

I've been counting the calories I take in daily for a while now and I've noticed that things usually take up the same amount of calories per meal

Breakfast

Lunch
~500 calories

Dinner
~800 calories

That's already 1700, I'm not sure how to cut this any lower, I'm already on 3 meals a day. If I fuck up and eat a couple biscuits or my meal is a little bigger it can easily shoot up to 2500 calories

Thank m8. I might considering moving up to 1800 which is still a 500 kcal deficit. Maybe I will considering some cardio. I hesitated to do it because when I was 100kg, I got a stress fracture from running too hard for too long w/o considering taking a break. Hopefully should be better now.

Unfortunately, I can't use most salad dressings since vinegar absolutely destroys my stomach for some unknown reason. I used to eat salads with vinegar-based dressings frequently and then stopped for a while after living alone. Then, when I finally ate it again, I was made a resident of the toilet for an hour. Tried to do this repeatedly and it always had the same results. Same thing is happening with dairy recently. I don't mind missing the dairy since it's bad for you anyway, but it sucks to be so limited with salad dressings.

I got the idea when I was forced to wear way too tight pants today and although painful after a while it was like I was shaped from it and it hurt less. When I got home just a while ago however I noticed I had slightly shit myself without noticing. This doesn't normally happen.
