If the Dips and Chins can easily be done for 10+ reps, add weight on alternating sessions so that they become 3x5-7.

You should be squatting low bar with a stance that has your heels at the limits of shoulder width. High bar should really be the same stance, ass to grass is a meme, just make sure you actually hit legal depth.

CGBP should have your elbows comfortably "in" close to your ribs.

Both questions cannot be answered objectively.
Find the squat width that you feel comfortable with - you need to be able to hit depth without having to relax at the bottom, obviously.
If you barely get it that's fine, stretch reflex is a great help out of the hole.

Same for CGBP, it depends on how close you actually grip.
I touch an inch below nipple with a grip inside of shoulder width - but I feel like the bar path gets naturally dictated anyway. If you touch higher or lower it will feel like shit anyway.

When I'm deadlifting I have better leverage doing conventional than sumo (4pl8+ compared to struggling with 3 pl8) but sumo feels like its working my hammies and glutes more than my lower back, wat do?

If you pull more with conventional than sumo then you probably just have a bad sumo set up. If you're doing conventional with enough weight and good form I can pretty much guarantee your hammies and glutes are fine. Add hip thrust and RDL if you feel like you need more work on them

I have a somewhat "grip-and-rip" technique so when I use straps I tend to take my time a little more and my form looks better, but slower. With my usual technique my hips aren't as low and i'm using my lower back more but the speed is better...and I feel like it should be the opposite? idk.

I hook grip. Used straps once at it was weird since hook grip gives you a free 3-5 cm since the bar sits lower in your hands. Straps forces you to grip the bar with the middle of the palm which in turn makes you less upright, making the lift harder off the ground. This is why I never use straps. Then again, my max is only around 200is kg. Will literally skip deadlifts rather than using straps. Not because of pride, but the movement is so different.

Also if you brace before bending down, that can affect your initial pull since you are now forced to brace after locking in your straps.
