You can get joint pains, especially if you exercise hard.

I got on it for 6 months, and my skin is like flawless porcelain now. 3 years from finishing it. I got dry as fuck and had to stay out of the sun for the entire summer though, as you get really, really vulnerable to sun exposure. You burn instantly.
And you're going to be dry all over. Eyelids, ass, dick, lips, nose, you name it. Buy a big tub of vaseline, basically. Otherwise your skin will constantly sting and crack.
