If you're that obese then running isn't a good idea to lose weight, just eat less and maybe hit an elliptical or walk a few miles a day. If you're just running for the sake of running then you should find a new hobby you fat fuck.

Why risk wearing down your legs? Almost all runners will have joint problems when they get around the age of 50 or 60.
I suggest buying a bike, or just using an elliptical/stationary bike. You could also try swimming laps.
Start with eating less to cut down to maybe around the upper 200s and start walking more, once you get down to 200 start running. Good luck, and read the sticky

No, your weight will destroy you. Use a bike or swim, make sure you're in the 60-75% of target heart rate zones for weight loss.

No walk and ride bikes/swim until you're at a reasonable weight.
If you can get to a treadmill walk at a high incline to the point it's kind of stressful. Do not hold rails defeats the purpose.

I have always just walked for cardio and that's all im planning to do outside. Make sure you buy a nice pair of running shoes when you do + warmup before.
