Do you prefer barbell curls or dumb bells curls for arms?
I prefer barbell rows, benching and OHP

I do dumbbell curls once a week, rest of my volume from compound lifts, pull ups
barbell curls are god tier, cable curls are also great, dumbbell hammer curls are a close third
They're both useful. Barbells means you can curl more weight. But if I had to pick just one, dumbbells because I can do more variety (hammers, different ways of holding the wrist in the motion, concentration).

I do compound lifts weekly but have noticed an imbalance in my arms that I am looking to fix, weekly curls sounds like a good idea

>doing dumbbell curls
>my left arm is significantly weaker and can't finish the reps
B-but I'm left-handed! That makes no sense!

I'm left handed too but my right arm is stronger.
You and me are cross dominant.
Which leg would you use to kick a ball?

Not him, but I have something like this. I might be right handed, but my left arm and left leg are significantly stronger and I use them for kicking/throwing/punching/pushing and such.
Dumbbells. They're easier on the wrist.

Dumbbell curls, as the angle on barbie curls isn't good for my wrists.

Huh.. the right one.
dumbbell
allows you to supinate your curl thereby hitting your bicep better

Both. Light barbell for warmup then heavy hammercurls for your work sets. Doesent hurt forearms as much.
