Ive been going to the gym 1 hour a day , 3 times a week for 3 months now lol

At the gym I do :
2k Ergs (rowing machine) in 10 minutes
3 sets of 10 pull ups
3 set of leg press (20x each set)
3 set of leg raise (20x each set)
3 set of leg opening (20x set)
3 set of leg closing (20x each set)

I do the exact same routine 3 times a week.

I figure its important to get my legs stronger first.
